Your First Visit With Us
Your complimentary consultation is a chance for us to get to know you. We’ll review your health history, take photos, and complete an exam to see if treatment is right for you or your child. You’ll spend time directly with one or both of our doctors, who will answer questions and explain next steps.
What to Expect After Your First Visit
Your Treatment Plan
If treatment is recommended, we’ll take digital records to design a plan tailored to you. The doctors will walk you through the approach, timeline, and investment so you can move forward with confidence.
Visits & Follow-Up
The installation of your appliances will take approximately one hour, which will include time to discuss home care instructions and how to be most successful in your treatment. Follow-up appointments typically last 20 to 30 minutes, with regular visits every 4 to 6 weeks for braces or 8 to 12 weeks for Invisalign. After treatment, retainers help maintain results long term. We believe your time is important and take great pride in staying on-schedule to fit your busy lifestyle.

We collaborate closely with your dentist and other dental specialists to help coordinate your treatment in the most efficient and effective way possible for your unique needs.
Insurance Information
Every insurance plan works a little differently. While we are not directly in-network with insurance companies, you are still eligible to receive your full orthodontic benefit toward the cost of treatment as defined by your policy. We regularly help our patients navigate their benefits and submit claims on their behalf. Our team is always happy to answer questions and guide you through the process so there are no surprises along the way.
